At Spalding Rehabilitation Unit at Presbyterian/St. Luke's Medical Center, our dedicated doctors, nurses and therapists are here to help you recover after an injury, illness or disease. We work together to create an individualized treatment plan based on your unique situation. This tailored approach helps patients heal as quickly as possible.

Our rehabilitation program helps patients compensate for their current deficits. The goal is to restore any lost ability to allow you to get back the most functional life possible.

As a campus of, we offer a wide range of inpatient and outpatient rehabilitation services to ensure patients receive the specialized care they need.

These include:

• Amputation rehabilitation
• Neurological rehabilitation
• Orthopedic rehabilitation
• Spine rehabilitation
• Stroke rehabilitation
• Traumatic brain injury recovery

Position Requirements:


• Current L.P.N. license, current CPR certification
• Graduate of an L.P.N. program
• Previous experience in rehabilitation, ortho/neuro or TCU
• L.P.N. skills, team process skills, organizational and communication skills



L.P.N. is responsible for providing and documenting quality nursing care under the direction of the R.N. Under the supervision of the R.N., provides nursing care, which promotes the optimal potential of the patient. This includes utilizing the nursing process according to the patient's age appropriations, participates in COI, pursues professional growth, and assists with student and new employee education
