Brigette Vyborny is a nurse and Clinical Leader at a Level One Trauma Center. Brigette has been a Registered Nurse (RN) for almost 5 years and a nightshift Clinical Leader (CL) for over 3 years. In addition, her work with the management team aids in recruiting and hiring new personnel who are capable and reliable assets to the team. As a CL, Brigette is the Charge RN when she is working on the floor, which involves controlling patient flow with admission and discharges to the unit. She is also focused on assisting her colleagues with their tasks and being a resource for them.
