This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

About The Team

The Post Trade Derivatives Professional Services Team has decades of experience in delivering middle office and back-office solutions to the Fintech world. The support has been primarily in the futures and options arena, but it has also covered Cleared OTC and FX trade processing. The team members are knowledgeable on both the business and technology sides of their jobs, and they are generally self-motivated and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

What You Will Be Doing

As a member of the Professional Services team:

• You will be working on an implementation team to install the FIS next generation software.
• You will be organizing the testing and installation of new software releases on the client's behalf.
• You will be assisting clients in the successful completion of their User Acceptance Testing and System Integration Testing.
• You will be supporting the maintenance and upgrade of the system infrastructure.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business
• Self-motivated and willingness to learn
• Strong problem-solving / analytical mindset
• Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Added Bonus If You Have

• Linux command-line proficiency
• Experience writing queries in SQL or N1QL
• Experience with Couchbase (or comparable NoSQL) database management
• Docker, Docker-Compose, and/or Docker Swarm experience
• Bash and/or Python scripting experience
• Familiarity with REST APIs / API testing
• Familiarity with Java
