As a 2022 FIS University Program full-time employee, you will have the opportunity to participate in team projects, community service activities, professional development seminars and work with a team that is invested in your growth, development, and success; including quarterly performance connects with your manager and bi-annual merit reviews.

This two-year full-time program has start dates in January, March, June, and September with a dedicated "Learning Week" where you will;

About The Team

By joining ourIBS Funded Development team, your focus will be on supporting enhancements to the broad range of IBS Products. The Funded Development team has deep financial services business process and technology knowledge. They leverage this knowledge to lead business or technology initiatives from client requests to operational implementation.

What You Will Be Doing

Develops innovative financial solutions that provide continuous improvement and modernization of company products.

• Work on designing solutions, writing code, testing code, automating tests, and deployment.

• Adopt and master multiple programming languages and technologies, as required.

• Manage individual project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables.

• Collaborate effectively with other team members.

• Deliver software components by working in collaboration with product and design teams.

• Collaborate with other technology teams to ensure integrated end-to-end design and integration.

• Follow existing process guidelines; drives new processes, procedures, team rules, and best practices.

• Participate in the Agile Scrum process by providing feedback and other relevant collaborative efforts.

What You Bring

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or any related degree

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

• Self-motivated and a willingness to learn

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Added Bonus If You Have

• Mainframe COBOL, JCL, and SQL knowledge
