What you will be doing
- Providing administrative support to the Enterprise Issues Management function
- Analysis of issue trends both from issue creators as well as closure activity
- Coordination of remediation efforts with relevant stakeholders across the organization
- Follow up, coordination and escalation with relevant stakeholders to ensure remediation is complete
- System support and administrative support to stakeholders
- Maintenance of procedures, training aides, and program manuals
- Shift timing for this role is 1:00 - 10:00 PM
