The Creative Manager, MDS/Asia Pacific will function as the primary client contact and advocate on a core set of clients that utilize the creative services department to develop marketing communications to the Healthcare & Science customers. This position is located in Greenwood Village, CO and additional responsibilities include and are not limited to:
* Acting as the department's subject-matter expert on the Provider segment in the healthcare industry including in depth knowledge of trends, issues, publications, tradeshows, etc., of interest to the Provider target;
* Translating marketing goals into creative direction; providing expertise, identifying strategy for execution, participating in implementation of client marketing plans while setting client expectations in a team setting and ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget;
* Cultivating the relationship with marketing clients; working closely with Provider marketing managers to create marketing plans, media plans, and creative briefs;
* Determining the most effective way for the client to spend budget dollars; suggesting alternative mediums to get the most out of the client's marketing dollar;
* Keeping the Traffic Manager informed of all project activities to/from marketing managers;
* Assisting the Creative Team with presenting concepts to market mangers;
* Maintaining a schedule of all Provider marketing activity so as to properly time all activities and to avoid customer overload; and
* Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
* A Bachelor's degree (required); candidates with a degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business, Communications, Journalism, or English, preferred;
* At least 5 years experience as part of a creative and/or marketing team in an agency or corporate environment; with progressive responsibility in client strategy; art direction, creative oversight, and/or account management; candidates with experience in healthcare marketing and/or in a global setting, strongly preferred;
* At least 2 years of project management experience. You must be hands-on; self directed and organized; managing multiple numerous, concurrent projects; with the demonstrated ability to consistently remain within budget and deliver within deadline;
* Proven experience developing creative briefs and delivering creative work to strategic and tactical plans with measureable results;
* A good comfort level and experience in developing and applying corporate brand standards to multiple tactics and media; with the ability to give clear/strategic creative direction and to present sound rationale for creative initiatives;
* Ability to concept strategic marketing programs and orchestrate all supporting creative elements - collaborating and shepherding work from concept to execution;
* A high degree of familiarly and (where possible) proficiency with current design and creative software, tools, and production and post-production processes; candidates with a clear understanding of Adobe Creative Suite, preferred;
* Must possess a strong understanding of creative process and ability to motivate creative team members;
* Highly developed and effective interpersonal and negotiation skills in addition to superior written communication abilities;
* Able to work effectively and creatively in a team environment or as an individual; and
* Ability to travel worldwide as needed, approximately 4-6 times per year.
