We are seeking a Transplant Nurse for our facility to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. As a Registered Nurse on the Progressive Care Transplant Unit you will be joining a team of professionals who are dedicated to deliver excellent care to our patients. You will enable patients to reach their goals through care specifically designed to cater to individual patient needs, and also administered by some of the most highly skilled and trained providers in the Rocky Mountain region.

What you will do in this role:

* Responsible for the delivery of nursing care to the patient requiring telemetry and/or medical surgical care.

* Serve as primary nurse and/or care coordinator, leading the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.

* Oversees and direct the care of assistive personnel, maintaining final accountability for the care given to assigned patients.

Requirements:

* Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license

* BLS - Healthcare provider. ACLS required within the first 12 months of hire.

* Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. BSN preferred

* EKG interpretation competency and/or course within the first 6 months of hire.

* One year experience in acute care preferred.
