SUMMARY
Vocational Evaluators provide vocational assessment, situational assessments, and work adjustment services for clients with disabilities using accepted vocational testing and work simulation methods in a classroom or employment setting. Develop vocational assessment strategies, prepare vocational evaluation reports and recommendations.

SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and instructions. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of participants, co-workers, and community partners.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
ALTERNATIVE WORK PLAN
All duties must be performed in the office or in the community with participants until the end of the 90-day probationary period. Afterwards, the position is eligible for a hybrid work plan as approved by the supervisor.
