RCE is based in Grand Junction, CO with a regional office located in Mexico City. RCE also has satellite offices throughout the U.S.

Job description:

The position will provide support to RCE Management and Internal Staff as well as Clients and Subcontractors. This is a critical role within the organization requiring excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal skills. Candidate should be an energetic, self-starter with strong communication skills with the ability to manage several detailed processes concurrently.

Responsibilities:

Manage and communicate with new project/client inquiries (email, phone, website)

Develop and submit proposals to clients and RFPs

Manage client contracting in coordination with legal department

Interface with clients, RCE management, and technical project leads

Manage and develop new templates to support pre-engagement processes

Data entry and management of project management software

Document and record required information to maintain ISO accreditations

Specialized projects/tasks as requested

Location: Office in Grand Junction, CO or potentially remote

Your qualifications

Bachelor's Degrees

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable communicating internally and externally

Strong organizational, time management and multi-tasking skills

Attention to detail .

Comfortable working with tight turn-around schedules and pressure situations

Competency in standard software packages including MS Excel, Outlook, Word and PowerPoint
