About the role

The Regional Project Manager (RPM) oversees their Project (s) as the Owner's Representative for Army military family housing projects. The RPM develops and provides the Project and Base level strategic Outyear Development Plans (ODP) for reinvestment account use (development, construction, architectural and engineering services), gains necessary approvals, and provides financial forecasting and development budgeting. Required to review and prepare major reporting requirements per Army request. Furthermore, the RPM serves as a senior leader in communicating/coordinating actions with all portfolio Army Leadership (AHO/Garrison/SRO) that can be operational in nature including developing/leading regular project briefings to Stakeholders. Quarterly site visits ensures that the project is operating under the legal documents, requirements under the terms of the ground lease, operating agreement, programmatic agreement, and maintenance agreements. This is a remote position.

What you'll be doing

  • Develop, secure funding, and gain necessary consensus and approvals for Project Outyear Development Plans (ODP). Once approved, oversee the execution of efforts so they are completed on time and on budget IAW industry standards.
  • Lead project efforts related to development that focus on asset improvement, resident satisfaction, and project financial health to include long term Company profitability
  • Live and uphold the Company's Values and policies on Ethics and Compliance. Foster that environment within the various Army portfolio Teams.
  • Represent the Company at various forums like Project Briefings, Partnering meetings, Town Halls, Media Engagements, GLCI Visits, Military Leader Visits, and VIP Visits
  • Lead other company level initiatives within area of responsibly like Communication Capabilities (Macro Towers, Fiber to the Home, Small Cell), energy projects (ESPCs, EVs, Solar) and other industry collaborations/partnerships

Typical Physical Demands: Regularly use hands to manipulate tools, controls, phones and computer keyboard. Frequently stand, reach with hands and arms, climb, balance, and stoop. Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move office supplies up to 50 lbs.

Typical Work Conditions: Work is performed in an office. Employee frequently interacts directly with community management, facilities management, residents, and other staff members during the workday.

Who we're looking for.

  • Bachelor's degree is required
  • Development Experiences
  • Solid Written and Communication Skills
  • Strong time management, leadership and decision-making skills
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Ability to be highly organized in day-to-day and long-term planning and execution, and to track and maintain complex schedules effectively
  • Prior Military Housing and/or Military Service experience preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time throughout the portfolio
  • Possession of a valid state issued Driver's License and safe driving record are required.

Pay Rate: $145,000-150,000 / year
