We are seeking a creative, team building systems engineer to help us lead the development and integration of sophisticated electro-optical/infrared (EO/IR) systems using model-based systems engineering (MBSE). As the lead of the Architecture Working Group, you will help lead a hardworking team of engineers who engage in systems engineering, trade studies, requirements and architecture development. The sponsor will rely on you for vision and forward thinking to pioneer MBSE processes and lead how Digital Engineering is done! You will assist in establishing and communicating standards for use of MBSE, technical contributions and collaboration, provide technical direction and ensure timeliness, quality and technical integrity of work.
