Our team in Aurora, CO is seeking an experienced Military Analyst. This selected individual will provide operational and technical support to National missions in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Successful candidates must have detailed knowledge of national SIGINT and GEOINT systems and their application to support DoD missions. They must be able to work across intelligence disciplines to provide real-time support to operations and experimentation and apply technical expertise to complex analytical problems. Candidates must also possess a demonstrated ability to operate shifting priorities, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and deliver under pressure.

This position is located on a client site and may require on-call Subject Matter Expertise (SME) support to a 24x7 military operations team.

Skills and Responsibilities

  • Perform Intelligence analysis in support of Intelligence, Surveillance, & Reconnaissance (ISR) mission. Provide multi-discipline correlated and fused ISR products, information, and general-purpose support in response to multiple echelons of command-validated requirements
  • Have knowledge of the National Overhead Systems architecture, collection, and capabilities
  • Refine and codify Tactics, Techniques and Procedures (TTPs) to support sensor to shooter operations for multiple geographic regions around the world
  • Familiarity with fleet battle rhythm and military exercise planning is required
  • Ability to support the system engineering, development, testing, evaluation, and integration of new technical capabilities required to boost technical capability and capacity for higher demanding mission sets
  • Conduct multi-discipline collection management and PED activities using current Intelligence Community (IC) and Department of Defense (DoD) component standard collection management tools and applications
  • Frequently interact with theater operations and intelligence elements, collection managers and production elements, and end users regarding specific tasking
  • Adhere to prescribed multi-discipline ISR TTPs and supervisor direction. Use analytical techniques, web-enabled capabilities, databases, and applications to provide multi-ISR discipline products and PED support within prescribed timelines
  • Identify the datalink architecture and network design parameters needed to connect the various operational units within the Joint Data Network (JDN)

Required Qualifications

  • Active TS/SCI Clearance with ability to obtain CI Poly
  • Subject Matter Expertise in national systems application to C4ISR, target ID and data acquisition
  • Experience in target characterization, identification, and geolocation, and application of fused intelligence in support of Navy / other Service missions
  • Familiarity with collection management, and analytical tools and databases, such as: FADE/MIST, CBET, ISPY, OTMS, GIMS, DX, Target Profiler
  • Knowledge of the following data link systems, such as: Link 16, Link 22, JREAP A/C, MADL, CEC, CDLMS, LMMT, MIDS, JRE, CMN4, and NMT
  • Ability to work as part of a team or independently
  • Strong professional, interpersonal, oral and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills

Desired Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, defense studies, international relations or relevant field
  • At least 4 years of multi-discipline intelligence analysis experience or specialized training
