You can live where ever you want but there will be up to 25% travel. You will travel to Denver for meetings and you will be on site occasionally at Clinics.

The role of an Epic Analyst III is to partner with our teams to improve user experience, increase usage of our tools to improve patient care, and grow our community connect, value-based care, and ASC customer footprint. This is a challenging job so only those that are hungry, have grit, and aren't shy of owning projects from beginning to end should apply.

This role entails partnering and regularly communicating with product architects, fellow build analysts, trainers, technical analysts, leadership, release-cycle managers, project managers, comms, legal, compliance, and privacy, and our customers. The expectation of an Epic Analyst III is to have in-depth experience in their areas of expertise to provide best practice guidance after researching and validating assumptions during the scoping phase, defining build requirements, seeking required internal approvals, building, testing, demoing, and training the trainers.

Beyond large product enhancement projects, an Epic Analyst III will also be involved with performing day-to-day maintenance of the Epic system, defect fixes, Epic upgrades, customer implementations, and onsite travel to customers when research or support is needed. The ideal candidate will use their knowledge and experience to solve problems, mature our product, make data-driven decisions, be self-disciplined with time management and deliverables, be an effective communicator, willing to share and document knowledge to help develop analysts I & II, and thrive in a rapid and primarily remote environment.
