***Senior Logistics International Coordinator***
Position Description:
This position will be responsible for coordinating outbound shipments globally. This includes providing required shipping documents in compliance with the International Trade Compliance Department instructions.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Generate documents that are required for domestic and international shipments. This will include, but not limited to:
AWB's, BOL's, commercial Invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, Free Trade Agreements (FTA) certificates and insurance
Knowledge of global packaging requirements
Complete Automated Export System (AES) filings prior to export
Support Automated Export System (AES) initiatives
Provide plus 1 customer service to internal and external customers
Process damaged freight claims
Obtain freight quotes for all methods of shipments
Lead and guide the logistics team's daily functions
Lead in continuous improvement processes and initiatives
Proven experience with Free Trade Agreement requirements
Skills & Abilities:
Demonstrated reliability and proficiency in multi-tasking.
Takes ownership of the position and has a sense of urgency where needed.
Be self-motivated with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
Strong computer skills including experience with Microsoft Office Programs (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel) are essential.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree/equivalent work experience
5+ years' experience in domestic and international Logistics
Proficient in Excel, Word, Adobe compliance and finance.
Experience with JD Edwards or equivalent
Proficient in Automated Export System(AES) Direct
Proficient with Automated Commercial Environment (ACE) reporting
Experience with multimodal freight
Experience with the implementation and auditing of Free Trade Agreements (FTA)
Knowledge of INCO-Terms and the responsibilities of all parties
Lead continuous improvement projects

Compensation Details
Hourly: $24.00 - $30.00Additional Compensation
Hourly Rate for this position will be determined based on the applicant's education, experience, skills, knowledge, abilities, and will be compared with internal equity along with market data for this position. This position may be eligible for an annual bonus through the company bonus program. This position may also be eligible to receive a Relocation bonus, payable as a taxable lump sum, in accordance with the Sundyne Relocation Policy.Application Deadline:
