This role will be managing, monitoring & reporting non-recurrent project cost in alignment with the local and global requirements. This includes the company's most confidential projects and will require a mature and experienced controlling manager. This is a 2-5 year role in duration, and will be based in Broomfield, Colorado on a hybrid work schedule.

You will be accountable for the management and oversight of Non-Recurring Cost projects, taking an active role in all aspects of the process. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring the projects stay on track with regards to both budgets and timelines. This role serves as a liaison to coordinate the schedules and tasks of numerous internal teams, global teams, and suppliers gathering insight, approvals, and other contributions from stakeholders. It will be critical to implement and organize project management programs and tools to ensure an efficient processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities:
* Monitor performance and determine improvement areas by developing key performance indicators for critical project metrics
* Complete ad hoc assignments to support capital transmission project delivery
* Maintain current and forecasted Cash Flow data when compared to projected Cash Flow
* Manage project accounting databases to ensure timely security and control
* Offer direct financial communication with Supply Chain Finance directors, project teams, FP&A, accounting, and global finance stakeholders
* Ensure financial information accuracy between financial systems (I-proview & SAP) and program-level and subproject reporting
* Support the Transformation Office in project financial management and global reporting
* Recommend and execute corrective actions to handle project compliance
* Plan for high risk project strategic initiatives and ensure correct duration estimated tasks

* You have a Bachelor's Degree
* You ideally have experience as a Financial controller
* You have finance & financial reporting expertise
* You are solutions-oriented
* You are an expert in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power Point
* You must have experience with SAP (intermediate level)

The base compensation range for this position is $112k-169k commensurate with experience.
