Job Description

Our groundbreaking hospice and palliative care programs offer a significant difference when dealing with a life-limiting condition. We offer a broad range of services in the community or facility-based to help patients and their families ease the burden of managing a life-limiting illness or end of life care.

The Hospice Team Assistant is responsible for the scheduling of HHA, DME, and Ambulance transfers while answering all phone calls from patients, families, vendors and staff. The Team Assistant also assists with daily operations of office function during regular business hours.

  • High School Diploma ( AA/BA degree highly desired)
  • 1-2 years of clerical/ office experience preferred
  • Strong computer skills including Word, Excel, and general data entry
