Bluehawk is seeking a seasoned Senior All Source Analyst to support the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency's (DCSA) Insider Threat Management and Analysis Center (DITMAC), focusing on Secured Internet Protocol Router Network (SIPR) User Activity Monitoring (UAM) Analyst services based in Colorado Springs,CO. This essential position involves conducting insider threat analysis for SIPR UAM initiatives, catering to both DCSA and various other Department of Defense (DoD) agencies.

Position: Senior All-Source Analyst

Anticipated Award: Summer 2024 (Contingent)
Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Responsibilities
    Provide advanced (Tier 3) UAM Analysis support, including completing reports and formulating recommendations.
    • Tier 3 UAM Analysis involves evaluating alerts and information forwarded by Tier 2 analysts conducting in-depth Insider Threat (InT) analysis, and offering conclusive InT recommendations to the Site Project Lead for action.
  • Perform comprehensive analysis by integrating intelligence from various sources to evaluate, interpret, predict, and present national security issues and trends, whether regional or functional.
  • Offer all-source analytical support to enhance collections, operations, investigations, and fulfill other defense intelligence analytic needs.
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends, leading practices, and relevant news to refine analysis skills continually.
  • Provide both initial and ongoing training, ensuring up-to-date knowledge on InT/UAM developments, analysis techniques, and related activities.
  • Participate in professional development opportunities, which may include attending conferences, engaging with current news and journals, undergoing specific InT/UAM training, and joining community events to enhance expertise.
  • Suggest enhancements for alerts, analytics, triggers, filters, and decision-making processes to boost the precision and efficiency of InT analysis, employing innovative tools, solutions, and program improvements.
  • This position may require travel as an essential function of the role, with specifics to be outlined during the hiring process.
Qualifications
  • Required Experience:
    • Minimum Requirement: 12 years of relevant experience in All-Source Analysis or comparable experience, including recent experience within the Intelligence Community (IC) in the last 2 years.
  • Desired Education:
    • Master's degree in an area as it relates to the advertised position from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education; or have Bachelor's degree as it relates to the advertised position from a college or university accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education and an additional 5 years of related All-Source Analytical experience, for a total of 17 years, as a substitute to the Master's degree.
  • Desired Certifications:
    • We are keenly interested in candidates who possess or are pursuing certifications that enhance their analytical prowess and domain expertise. While not mandatory, the following certifications are highly regarded:
      • Certified Intelligence Analyst (CIA)
      • Certified Counterintelligence Threat Analyst (CCTA)
      • Certification in Cyber Intelligence- Tradecraft
      • Open-Source Intelligence (OSINT) Certification
      • Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
      • Intelligence and Security Certification
      • Analytic Writing and Briefing Certifications
  • Candidates with these certifications will demonstrate a robust skill set that can significantly contribute to our mission. We value continuous learning and professional development and encourage applicants who are dedicated to advancing their expertise in these areas.
  • Required Security Clearance:
    • Active TS/SCI clearance with CI Polygraph, and/or candidate must be willing to undergo the process to obtain a cleared CI Polygraph.
