We currently have a full-time opening for a Vice President, Integrated Service Delivery. The Vice President, Integrated Service Delivery is a strategic and hands-on operational leader with a distinguished background in program management and logistics who has also demonstrated tangible success in developing cross-functional and high-performing teams. This leader develops, implements, and oversees the day-to-day commercial service operations of Breg, supports growth strategies, builds for scale, and drives efficiencies.

Service Implementation, Field Inventory, and Account Management will be the primary areas of oversight.

This position is responsible for....

Developing, implementing, and overseeing the day-to-day commercial service operations of Breg, supporting growth strategies, building the business for scale, and driving efficiencies. Service Implementation, Field Inventory, and Account Management will be the primary areas of oversight.

Your day will be very busy... you will:

  • Develop and operate all aspects of selling activity service support, service design, field inventory logistics and account management, to ensure the effective coordination of all activities necessary to meet the customers' needs and support Breg's profitability goals.

  • Ensure that technology and systems are effectively utilized to facilitate the delivery of services, with a high emphasis on automation.

  • Develop, implement, and operate programs which ensure field inventory par levels and formularies are maintained and enforced to ensure low on hand quantities, high turn rates, and SKU rationalization.

  • Manage the logistics function of field inventory to ensure that all necessary products are available when needed to facilitate the most efficient delivery of services.

  • Coordinate the filtering and qualification process for all proposed service opportunities to ensure that they fit with the strategic direction of the company.

  • Participate in the development and management of budgets and timelines related to Commercial Service Delivery.

  • Gather and provide Product Management and/or Marketing any information, suggestions, or other feedback that could lead to refinement of existing products or development of new products based on customer feedback and service design.

  • Ensure that best practice product handling, warehousing, and rack bin processes are followed and that compliance to company policy is maintained.

  • Ensure that the proper data management practices are in place necessary for the accurate billing of the customer, the efficient operation of the company and the efficient management of the Service Delivery function.

  • Develop and maintain a unified and collaborative culture to deliver the full portfolio of Breg's commercial service solutions.

  • Participate in the sales cycle with Strategic Account Executives and Sales Directors or VPs to assist in closing new business.

  • Leadership responsibilities include the selection, development, performance management and continuous recalibration of staff; ensures appropriate staffing levels and resource allocation; performs administrative tasks associated with timekeeping, pay, performance, policy administration and other matters related to employment.

  • Assess staff and provide timely and consistent feedback regarding technical proficiency and effectiveness. Provides constructive feedback, guidance, and reinforcement to employees regarding job performance. Works with staff to identify work goals and create individual development plans. Evaluates training programs to ensure content meets staff needs.

What your background will be:

  • 8+ years of experience in a service delivery environment.
  • 8+ years of leadership/management experience.
  • 6+ years managing operations to a budget and profit and loss (P&L) statement.
  • Bachelor's degree or advanced degree within Management, Service Delivery, or Logistics.
  • Experience utilizing contractors and or offshore resourcing to optimize outcomes.
  • Experience developing executive relationships; managing multiple simultaneous complex projects; and developing key strategies around business objectives.
  • Broad understanding of cultural change, processes innovation, and technology utilization challenges and opportunities.
  • Experience using quantitative metrics to measure performance of staff and operations against stated objectives.
  • Computer proficient to include web browser/internet search, MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint capabilities. Technical competence includes the ability to learn new software and systems.

Salary/Pay Range: $175,000 - $230,000 per year.

This range reflects the minimum and maximum target range for new hire base salary/pay across all US locations. Actual pay is based on many factors unique to each candidate, including but not limited to geographical location, work experience, skill set, relevant trainings and certifications, and business needs. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a annual bonus.
