Job Location: Hybrid (Fort Collins, CO/Home Office)

Role Summary

Under the direction of the Lunch & Learn Marketing Manager, the professional marketing coordinator will support professional marketing programs including lunch and learns, Waterpik Patient Direct Program, and tradeshow staffing as required.

Role Accountabilities and Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the lunch and learn program, managing email inboxes and monitoring team communication platforms
  • Handle all professional educator questions and concerns providing help and solutions within a prescribed time frame
  • Review and approve weekly lunch and learn, tradeshow and KOL expenses
  • Oversee Lunch & Learn scheduling system and track results vs. objectives on a monthly basis.
  • Ensure that Professional Educators have the necessary equipment, supplies, and presentation materials for successful program execution
  • Generate monthly and quarterly reports, including scorecards, financial accruals, continuing education self-study reports, PE quarterly reviews, and quarterly bonus metrics.
  • Provide support in quality assurance efforts, which includes accompanying professional educators on lunch and learn visits and making calls to dental offices
  • Manage assignments and training for professional educators for tradeshows and one-day events
  • Develop and implement professional educator incentive programs
  • Work 1-3 Waterpik Tradeshows annually
  • Assist the marketing team, as needed, with various marketing projects
  • Conduct all activities in a fair, ethical manner, in compliance with all corporate policies

  • Possesses technical proficiency with the Social Media, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Education and Experience

  • Bachelors' degree is required, focus in business, marketing, or a related major; Dental industry experience a plus
  • 1 - 3 of experience is required

Other Qualifications & Physical Requirements

  • Work week may exceed 40 hours and may include evenings and weekends when traveling
  • Hybrid position: requires 3 days in the office located in Fort Collins, CO
  • Travel; approximately 10% - 20% including overnight.

Reporting Relationship: Manager, Lunch & Learn Program, COH

Supervisory Duties: No direct reports

Estimated pay: $57,600 - $90,000 Annual Salary
