Position SummaryWhat You'll Do:
  • Collaborates with senior leadership and HR teams to define the overall benefits strategy. Researches and analyzes industry trends and benchmark data to ensure our benefits program remains competitive and compliant.
  • Creates and customizes benefit plans that cater to the diverse needs of our workforce. Evaluates and recommends improvements to existing benefit plans. Ensures that benefit offerings comply with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Oversees the day-to-day administration of employee benefits, including health, wellness, and other related programs. Manages relationships with benefit vendors, negotiates contracts, and monitors service levels. Develops and implements processes for benefits enrollment, communication, and education.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local regulations related to benefits programs. Prepares and submits required reports, including annual compliance testing and government filings.
  • Develops and executes communication strategies to educate employees about available benefits. Conducts regular benefits orientations and workshops to address employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Utilizes data analytics to assess the effectiveness of benefit programs and identifies areas for improvement. Makes data-driven recommendations to enhance the overall employee experience.
  • Manages the budget for the benefits function, ensuring cost-effective benefit offerings. Monitors and analyzes benefit costs and adjusts as necessary.

QualificationsWhat You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field required,
  • 5+ years of experience in benefits management or a related HR function with strong knowledge of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent data analysis, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
  • Detail oriented, proven strength in organizational, project management, and time management skills
