Job Summary: |
The Continuing Medical Education (CME) Business Services Program Manager has a broad range of responsibilities including the analysis and review of CME business processes including labor planning, fiscal planning, and CME workflows. In collaboration with the Office's leadership, this position provides strategic input and ongoing development of processes and standards for the Office, including but not limited to the business development plan, strategic planning, software assessment, implementation, and maintenance for enhanced efficiencies. Under the direction of the Assistant Dean of Finance and Administration, the CME Business Services Program Manager will collaborate with the Office of Medical Education Business Services team to co-create an annual cost study for all CME activities, build an annual budget, and review the budget to actuals for revenues and expenditures throughout the fiscal year. This position will build strong relationships and collaborate with the CME Associate Dean, SOM Department Course Directors, Planners, Faculty, and educational partners, and CME staff for the ongoing analysis of existing and new CME activities and related workflows in alignment with the business development plan. Supervision Received: This position reports to the Assistant Dean for Finance and Administration with a dotted line reporting to the Associate Dean for Continuing Medical Education. This position will primarily operate independently. Supervision Exercised: No supervision exercised but must be able to build effective relationships. Key Responsibilities:

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $70,551 to $89,741. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
