Job Summary: |
The University of Colorado Department of Orthopedics is seeking a full-time Durable Equipment Manager (DME) Manager dedicated to managing a multi-specialty, multi-site DME Program. The DME Manager must be a self-starter with a strong interest and experience in operations, program development and management, marketing, and customer service. This position manages and advises on all aspects of the DME program and operations including the implementation of new DME sites and new DME products. Working under the direction and guidance of the Director of Clinical Strategy and Business Development for the Department of Orthopedics, this role creates and executes processes to streamline and improve program functions in support of the Department of Orthopedics mission and goals. This position is responsible for aligning the DME activities with the policies and procedures of the department, School of Medicine, University of Colorado Medicine (CU Medicine) and University of Colorado Health. The DME Manager represents the Department of Orthopedics and DME program, providing essential communication, and networking for the effective functioning of the program and acts as a liaison between staff, physicians, orthotists, prosthetists, DME Coordinators, vendors, and all internal and external stakeholders. Work Location: |
Hybrid - this role is eligible for a hybrid schedule. Work will be conducted at various CU Medicine and UCHealth clinics, as well as on the Anschutz Campus for meetings and as needed. Exact schedule of remote and onsite work will be specified at a later date. |

Anticipated Pay Range: |
The starting salary range (or hiring range) for this position has been established as $79,844 to $101,562. The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position may be eligible for overtime compensation, depending on the level. Your total compensation goes beyond the number on your paycheck.
