Job Description **Hybrid - 2 days a week onsite in Charlotte, NC.**

Our utilities client is looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Analyst to join their team.

Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. For our w2 consultants, we offer a great benefits package that includes Medical, Dental, and Vision benefits, 401k with company matching, and life insurance.

Pay Rate: $45.00 - $50.00/hr on W2

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be taken into account when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting is a reflection of a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided pay range.

Responsibilities of the Senior Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Analyst:
  • Actively participating in daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual NERC CIP and TSA compliance tasks and audit activities
  • Participate as a subject matter expert (SME) as necessary during audits
  • Ensure that solutions adhere to compliance requirements defined by NERC CIP Standards and TSA Security Directives
  • Assist with the review, evaluation and root cause identification of deficiencies that lead to compliance violations and/or near misses
  • Develop mitigation plans and responsibility for completing corrective actions to address compliance violations and/or near misses
Requirements of the Senior Cybersecurity Governance and Risk Analyst:
  • A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • At least 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Direct working experience with NERC CIP or NIST frameworks
  • Demonstrated working knowledge of programming languages and tools
  • Hands-on knowledge of orchestration and automation tools such as Ansible
