Stonebridge Companies is a privately owned, innovative hotel development and hospitality management company. We manage a portfolio of over 60 hotels across the United States, and provide investor opportunities, hotel development services, hotel management services, and hospitality career opportunities to our partners and team members.

We are currently looking to add a Corporate Food and Beverage Manager to our corporate team located in Denver, CO. The Corporate Food and Beverage Manager reports to the Vice President of Food and Beverage and must be open to traveling up to 90 percent of the time. As a champion for Food and Beverage Operations, we expect you are an expert in supporting the food and beverage element of our business. Delivering daily on Distinguished Hospitality that is what we expect of you, but we also expect you excel at the following:


Scope & Contributions:

  • Provide support to all Food and Beverage related disciplines and promote F&B initiatives that align with both brand & corporate goals and standards.
  • Offer Food & Beverage expertise that helps drive hotel sales. This includes guidance in developing marketing initiatives, cost management solutions, and other initiatives to optimize food and beverage revenue.
  • Drive innovation in Food and Beverage, develop executable plans and ensure speed to market with new ideas.
  • Accountable for aligning Food and Beverage associates on the vision and mission of Stonebridge, and our brands.
  • Troubleshoot and respond effectively to issues related to POS, Avendra, and vendor concerns.
  • Stay up to date on brand initiatives and all related industry, competitor &, economic trends.
  • Work with the Stonebridge training team on defining and communicating best practices and standard operating procedures across the portfolio.
  • Develop and promote initiatives to improve guest service scores and positively impact profitability.
  • Support hotel openings with talent selection, brand knowledge, training and task force needs.
  • Monitor all appropriate metrics to identify and effectively manage business risks.
  • Execute consistent brand and/or Stonebridge initiatives, products, programs, and services.
  • Help develop a communication plan to share ideas, best practices, concerns, and execution issues.
  • Maintain close and productive working relationships with all levels of stakeholders, corporate, field operations & vendors. Respond to and resolve operational requests from key stakeholders.
  • Coordinate execution of training classes related to employee discipline, liquor service and food safety.
  • Involvement and support of recruitment efforts to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Attributes and Abilities:

Must be able to travel up to 90% of your time on the job. The role will be based from the Corporate Office in Denver.

  • Must be a self-starter who can work independently and be a strong team player that contributes to the effectiveness of the broader team.
  • Have 3-5+ years of responsible work experience in food and beverage disciplines within the hotel industry. Above property multi-unit experience ideal.
  • Possess excellent project management skills and an ability to independently manage multiple projects and competing priorities.
  • Brand experience - looking for extensive brand experience in one or more of the following; Hilton, Marriott or Hyatt brands
  • Track record of putting in place strong systems and processes to effectively implement and execute multiple programs.
  • Must have strong knowledge in all areas related to food & beverage, event management, SOPs and P&L budgeting.
  • Proven success prioritizing and managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills, excellent interpersonal skills and be able to collaborate effectively with General Managers, and Key Stakeholders.
  • Ability to positively influence without direct authority.
  • Strong skills in Micros POS and be able to troubleshoot issues with hardware or software.
  • Must have food safety and liquor service certifications.
  • Must posses a high level of competency in Excel, Word, POS, PMS

Education and Professional Certification:

  • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or Business Management or commensurate related experience.
