Inside the Role

Plan, manage, and optimize the fulfillment of coach parts from DCNA's global supply base to Aftermarket dealer and end-customer locations. Provide guidance and support to service partners in addressing customer complaints, managing campaigns and recalls, and ensuring efficient aftermarket operations. Provides technical advice to customers including commissioning, installing, and testing of products/equipment. Identifies and corrects more complex problems. May resolve/troubleshoot implementation problems and/or train customers.

Position offers a starting salary range of$74,500 - $95,000 USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, andexperience.

What You Drive at DCNA

  • Advise and support service partners in all parts topics in North America.

  • Develop and manage first-level support for all spare parts topics in North America.

  • Analyze customer complaints, write damage and special incident reports, and monitor complaint processing.

  • Control and manage the service partners in the degeneration of campaigns and recalls, with monthly reporting of status for spare parts related topics.

  • Collaborate with service personnel from partners and customers on parts topics.

  • Identify alternative parts to support test repair solutions and installation instructions.

  • Support sales activities by providing parts-relevant requirements and experience.

  • Oversee Aftermarket's most impactful supply chains and strategic partners.

  • Manage supplier performance, account health, and relationships.

  • Conduct formal supplier engagements, business unit reviews, and on-site assessments.

  • Participate in process improvements and new supply chain tool development.

  • Manage critical order processes, responses, and fulfillment to achieve Aftermarket downtime commitments.

  • Manage customer sales order exceptions, fulfillment, and supplier purchase order exceptions.

  • Assess inventory balancing opportunities and execute excess and obsolescence decisions.

  • Develop and utilize dashboards and shortage monitoring reporting tools to minimize supply chain risk.

  • Pursue supply chain optimization initiatives and liaise with various departments on promotions, new supplier awards, supersessions, and product lifecycle decisions.

  • Perform other duties as required by Aftermarket needs.

Knowledge You Should Bring

  • BS/BA AND 2-4 of relevant experience OR 6 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree

  • Understanding of complex technical products.

  • Outstanding customer service experience.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in MS Office and typical computer systems.

  • High level of personal and professional integrity, honesty, and accountability.

  • Ability to travel regionally and internationally (less than 25%)

Exceptional Candidates Might Have

  • 2 years within the coach or truck spare parts business

  • Aftermarket automotive industry experience

  • Fluent in Lean Principles

  • Direct experience in a manufacturing setting

  • Background in customer service

  • Experience with SAP

  • CDL with P endorsement
