• Make sure that the correct drums & divider belts are being used, if not inform your supervisor/lead.
• Remove any out of spec dough balls and place in designated work in process bin - if dough balls are contaminated remove and discard in dough waste bin - stop line and clear jams if /when necessary.
• If divider not working properly, stop the unit and inform shift lead immediately.
• Always keep Safety in mind - be familiar with location of all emergency stops - safety switches.
• Assist with the weighing of the dough balls when/if instructed by shift lead.
• Complies with all Company processes/standards/policies.
• Responsible for the manufacture of safe, legal, and quality product.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

* After training period, this position should be able to work under minimum supervision.

* Must be able to write, read and use scale, calculator and interpret PLC readings (temp, dwell time, etc.).

* Required to stand and walk on concrete floors while infrequently lifting and carrying up to 15 pounds.

* Frequent twisting of the back, and climbing, along with frequent use of both hands, is also required.

* Reaching at, above and below shoulder level is continuous.

* The employee must possess efficient means of communicating with others.

* Manual dexterity.

* Ability to pay attention to details in a fast-paced environment, complies with All Safety Guidelines and Wears Company issued uniforms and personal protective equipment.

* Attends all Company Trainings (Safety - HACCP, Food Defense, Allergen Control-GMPs, etc.).

The physical demands for this position are sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours. These physical requirements may be accomplished with or without reasonable accommodations.
